Deposits, Reschedule and Cancellation Appointment Policy

Deposits

A deposit of £10.00 is required in advance of each appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the final fee. Please note that if the appointment cancellation is less than 36 hours, then the deposit is non-refundable, as the treatment room, therapist and date & time are allocated for the booked appointment.

 

Cancellation policy 

It is the aim of this practice to provide quality treatment and services to our clients on schedule.  To achieve this aim we have an appointment cancellation policy.  If you cannot attend a scheduled appointment, cancel it in good time.  Late cancellation of or failure to attend a pre-booked Independent appointment will result in a charge as follows:

At least 48 hours prior to appointment booked to reschedule appointment, the deposit paid will be carried forward

Less than 36 hours, the deposit is non-refundable

Less than 24 hours, the treatment booked will be charged in full

Cancellation of an appointment

Although we understand that things happen and schedules do change we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes.  

Missed appointments prevent us from scheduling another client that could benefit from our services. We schedule individual time with each client to allow us to deliver the quality service that every client deserves.

We do offer a text and email reminder service 48 hours prior to your appointment, if you would like to arrange this then please ask our reception team who will be happy to set this up for you.
